About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our global team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide information and support regarding medical devices
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests
Requirements
Dutch and English (minimum C1 level English required)
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
