The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems across Facility Management operations to ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and SLAs for sites assigned The role ensures consistent service delivery, contractor performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.Job Description
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System for G&I Group 2 in compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits on IFC and FM works to ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare audit reports, track non-conformances, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
- Support the Contract Manager in handling contract disagreements, variations, and disputes.
- Ensure all works comply with contract requirements and assist in CVR and contract variance analysis.
- Maintain quality documentation and prepare quality audit reports for management and Client review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support training for contractors and FM teams in contract
- Cover Contract Manager duties when required.
About You:
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Strong experience in cost control, contract administration, and financial management of projects
Proven capability in tender preparation, evaluation, and procurement processes
Experience in managing contractors’ claims, progress payments, and final accounts
Familiar with contract documentation, variation management, and statutory compliance
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and certify financial and contractual documents accurately
Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams
