Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, workforce planning, and business growth.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention.
  • Lead employee engagement, learning and development, and culture-building programs to strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives by facilitating change adoption, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policy application, compliance requirements, and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, strategic HR, or related human resources roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience leveraging HR data and insights to drive business decisions.
