Responsibilities

• Quote and negotiate with insurers on terms, conditions and premium for existing clients.
• Block market and send the information to the insurer prior 3 months of the renewal period.
• Prepare the renewal notice and send to the client within 2 months before the expiry date.
• Close renewal cases and send medical cards to the client before renewal period at least 7-15 working days.
• Explain the coverage to HR Department and conduct a presentation to employees.
• Prepare the renewal report for the monthly meeting.
• Visit client at least 2 Clients per month and make a report on clients visit to a manager
• Handle for Travel Insurance to enhance commission.
• Prepare and collect the forecast figure report from the subordinate and check before sending to the manager.
• Arrange and check the accrual report yearly to send to the accounting team.
• Supervise admin staff when they have a problem on the admin issue. Handle and support for worksite project and other projects.
• Report the progress and development status of existing clients by weekly and monthly.
• Other assignments that will be assigned by the assistant manager/manager

Qualifications

• Age less than 42 years old preferable.
• At least 4 years experienced on renew business
• Experienced in working in the insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance.
• Able to work under the pressure.
• Good command in English
• Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point.
• Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skill.
• Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy
