Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and resources while continuously adapting to evolving requirements and challenges. Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer navigates complex technical landscapes to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle within complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to adapt to new tools and technologies relevant to Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
