Description

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in directing the strategic growth and expansion of Savvyhrms. As a key leadership position, the selected candidate will actively cultivate and establish business relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage a skilled team of business development executives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Guide strategic business development plans, including the identification and pursuit of new growth areas, market opportunities, and client relationships.
    • Ensure exceptional customer relationship management, maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, while actively seeking to develop new customer partnerships.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development executives, fostering a collaborative and focused team environment.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs to forge strategic development of our products and services.
    • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve business objectives and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and progress the business development pipeline, ensuring accuracy, progression, and traceability of potential business opportunities.
    • Represent Savvyhrms at conferences, tradeshows, and networking events to advocate the company's values and offerings.

Qualifications

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within the tech industry.
    • Proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client and provide growth within the company.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, coupled with outstanding ability to manage multi-level relationships across the company.
    • Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
