We are immediately seeking bilingual Crioulo Cape Verde and English speakers for an exciting on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal with a leading global language services provider. If you are fluent in both Crioulo (Cape Verdean Creole) and English, this is a unique and impactful opportunity!

As a Customer Service and Interpretation Specialist, you will serve as a vital communication bridge for Cape Verdean-speaking communities in need of support across healthcare, social services, legal, and administrative contexts. Your bilingual skills will empower people when they need it most.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, real-time interpretation between Crioulo and English
• Handle customer service interactions across multiple channels
• Facilitate communication in sensitive contexts with professionalism and calm
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and professional conduct standards
• Work across rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment

What we are looking for:

• Crioulo Cape Verde: native or near-native fluency (essential)
• English: C1/C2 level (essential)
• Patient, empathetic, and professional approach to communication
• Ability to work flexible and rotating shifts including weekends
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
