As an AI Engineer - Experienced Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance for our clients. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives, while growing your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with team members and clients to address varying challenges and scope
- Applying programming languages such as Python and React Native to create efficient applications
- Conducting code reviews to maintain quality and consistency in software development
- Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks
- Adopting habits to sustain performance and develop potential in a fast-paced environment
- Learning and applying professional and technical standards to uphold the Firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- 2+ year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and React Native
- Engaging in application development and code review

- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React.

- Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or a similar framework, and a solid understanding of REST APIs.

- Basic understanding of LLMs and prompting, and exposure to at least one agentic/LLM framework (LangChain, etc.) — or a strong willingness to learn.

- Comfortable with Git, basic SQL, and writing tests.

- Utilizing programming languages to solve complex problems
- Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client needs
