As a Data Analyst in the Structured Retail Products (SRP) data team, you will ensure customer and business data requirements are met through following, establishing, achieving and maintaining data sourcing, entry, output and quality objectives of structured products. Candidates should be ready for a challenge, can work in a fast paced environment and enjoy doing something different every day. This position is open to new graduates.
Our Structured Products Data team is a diverse and dynamic group of professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive market analysis and insights across the globe. The team covers structured products in key regions, including North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America, ensuring a holistic view of market trends and developments.
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with colleagues based in India and Bulgaria to process complex data related to structured products. Your primary focus will be on the US market, but you will also be expected to contribute to global projects and initiatives, leveraging your expertise to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
What you will do as a Data Analyst in the SRP data team:
- Ensure that the Structured Retail Product’s database is maintained to exacting standards of quality through the use of bespoke workflow tools and training from domain experts.
- Maintaining appropriate records/reports to provide an audit of data changes.
- Maintain a good record of issues, resolutions, improvements, best practices and demonstrate a procedure for review/updating.
- Deliver client contract commitments (SLAs) to time, quality and cost, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies accordingly.
- Ensure that procedure guides for all data management processes are maintained and are constantly updated with any changes or amendments.
Experience and Qualifications you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Mathematics/Statistics.
- 1-2 of experience in a data processing/data administrator or analyst role.
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
- Basic understanding of financial markets.
- Previous database administration experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products and internet navigation.
