The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing product marketing, proposition development and go to market activities related to the Eurowag Payments & Financial Services portfolio.
The role ensures that value propositions, go-to-market (GTM) activities, customer activation programs, and business priorities for Payments & Financial Services are effectively executed across different markets. It plays a key role in supporting product launches, customer migrations, product adoption initiatives, as well as cross-sell and upsell activities.
The Product Marketing Specialist works closely with Product, Customer Base Management, Marketing Communication, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure that the Payments & Financial Services portfolio successfully supports business growth, customer experience, and increased product penetration.

Responsibilities
Product marketing ownership- Responsible for supporting business growth of the assigned Payments & Financial Services portfolio from a product marketing perspective.
- Acts as the primary Product Marketing point of contact for the assigned portfolio, representing marketing and commercial perspectives across projects and initiatives.
- Supports the development of business cases, product activation plans, and commercialization initiatives for the Payments & Financial Services portfolio.
- Ensure consistent application of product value propositions and messaging across different markets.
- Responsible for coordinating and executing go-to-market activities related to the Payments & Financial Services portfolio.
- Coordinates launch-related activities with all relevant cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of launch, sales enablement, and customer activation materials.
- Collaborates with Sales Operations to define requirements for trainings, presentations, playbooks, and other enablement materials.
- Tracks the effectiveness of product launches and supports definition of necessary follow-up actions.
- Supports activities related to customer migration and customer merge projects.
- Supports development of cross-sell and upsell campaigns through offers, segmentation recommendations, and business inputs.
- Monitors product usage and penetration metrics and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with Customer Success, Customer Base Management teams to maximize customer experience and customer value.
- Coordinates the creation of marketing and sales enablement materials for the Payments & Financial Services portfolio.
- Briefs and supports the Marketing Communication team in developing campaign and communication assets.
- Ensures that product value propositions and key messages are consistently reflected in communication activities.
- Prepares and coordinates launch toolkits, sales enablement materials, and internal communication assets required for successful GTM execution.
- Supports knowledge sharing, workshops, and internal training programs related to the product portfolio.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6-8years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Go-to-Market, or similar commercial roles.
- Experience supporting product launches, customer adoption initiatives, commercial activation programs, or GTM execution.
- Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, fuel cards, mobility services, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple functions and markets.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing and activation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
