Responsibilities and Duties:

School Leadership and Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the National Program at the school level, ensuring adherence to SCHOOL's policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement the National Program's academic schedule, ensuring alignment with the NPM's strategic vision and Cambodian Ministry of Education requirements.
• Manage the National Program's budget and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular classroom observations, provide feedback to teachers, and ensure adherence to SCHOOL's pedagogical standards within the National Program.
• Oversee student discipline and implement a positive and supportive school environment.

Curriculum and Instruction:

• Collaborate with the NPM and National Program teachers to implement the National Program curriculum effectively.
• Select and manage instructional materials and resources aligned with the National Program curriculum.
• Support teachers in developing and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Foster a culture of professional development among National Program teachers, encouraging participation in relevant workshops and training opportunities.

Student Support and Success:

• Monitor student progress and identify areas where additional support is needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement targeted interventions to address student learning challenges within the National Program.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic performance.
• Organize and oversee student activities and events that promote a well-rounded educational experience within the National Program.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the NPM to ensure alignment between the school-level National Program and the overall strategic direction.
• Collaborate with the International Program Manager (IPM)s (if applicable) to promote a cohesive trilingual learning environment across both programs.
• Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, students, and support staff, fostering a collaborative school community.

General Support:

• Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to achieve SCHOOL's strategic goals within the National Program.

• Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the mission and goals of SCHOOL.
