Alina Group Jordan LLC is expanding and opening its new offices in Amman. We are looking for a talented Mobile App Developer to join our growing team and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will work closely with our design, product, and backend teams to deliver outstanding mobile experiences.
## Tasks
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js
* Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, accessible web interfaces
* Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with front-end components
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
* Optimize web applications for performance, SEO, and scalability
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues across browsers and devices
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
* Stay current with Next.js, React, and modern front-end development trends
## Requirements
**Must-Have Requirements**
**Please apply only if you fully meet all of the following:**
* 2–3 years of professional experience in front-end web development
* 2–3 years of hands-on professional experience with Next.js and React
* Proven track record building and shipping production web applications (professional work environments — academic projects do not qualify)
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
**Additional Requirements**
* Advanced English communication skills — our work environment operates fully in English
* Must be comfortable working on-site at our new Amman offices (not a remote position)
* Jordanian national (residency requirement for this role)
* Compensation aligned with the Jordanian local market
