Human Resources Business Partner
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to manufacturing leadership, as well as functional leaders for the business. This role focuses on employee engagement and community relations activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in employee relations and in-depth knowledge of employment laws, ensuring consistent and compliant workplace practices
Ability to conduct investigations, address performance issues and disciplinary action with fairness and discretion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Standard office environment with hybrid/remote flexibility depending on company policy
Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time
Some occasional travel
