Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic B2B Product Owner to lead the development and growth of our client's Business product portfolio. This role is central to identifying customer and market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and delivering initiatives that drive revenue growth, retention, and cross-selling performance. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment with overall business objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and market positioning
  • Analyse customer trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and optimise performance
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and product requirements to support revenue and profitability targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Commercial, CX, Brand) to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives
  • Monitor product performance against KPIs and implement action plans to drive improvements
  • Lead revenue growth through retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Execute targeted marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, SMS, digital platforms)
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and data-driven recommendations to senior management

  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, customer-focused mindset
  • Proven experience managing products across their full lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
