Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling MG vehicles while providing customers with a seamless and informative purchasing experience. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can effectively identify customer needs, present vehicle features and benefits, and guide customers through the entire sales journey.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits.
- Promote and explain additional services such as vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
- Recommend optional accessories and value-added products to customers.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Prepare and present vehicle quotations, financing options, and pricing details.
- Advise customers on current vehicle availability and upcoming MG models.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the relevant departments to ensure a smooth handover process.
- Liaise with Customer Relations representatives regarding registration and insurance requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Computer literate with proficiency in standard business applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
