Systems Administrator

S2Technologies is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team. We are currently looking for candidates who have experience providing Network Operations. As a Systems Administrator, you will supervise and manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server-based. Optimizes system operation and resource utilization and performs system capacity analysis and planning. The ideal candidate will assist users in accessing and using business systems. The qualified candidate shall perform the following tasks:

Experience/Responsibilities:

• Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet
• Managing and maintaining the file servers
• Operating the firewall for the organization
• Monitoring the internet connection for security risks
• Employing the latest security protocols
• Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or error

Education:

• BA/BS preferred in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of experience

Certifications:

• IAT Level II

Security Clearance:

• Secret Clearance Required
