Your Role:

• Support customers across various channels (calls, emails, chat) with subscription, billing, and technical inquiries

• Deliver empathetic, efficient, and personalized solutions that build trust and loyalty

Who We're Looking For:

• Fluent in French (C2 level)

• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken French

• No prior experience required well train you to become a customer support expert

• Candidates based in Porto preferred
