Your Role:
Support customers across various channels (calls, emails, chat) with subscription, billing, and technical inquiries
Deliver empathetic, efficient, and personalized solutions that build trust and loyalty

Who We're Looking For:
Fluent in French (C2 level)
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken French
No prior experience required well train you to become a customer support expert
Candidates based in Porto preferred
