As a Sourcer-Talent Acquisition-Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our dynamic teams within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your efforts will be crucial in building a pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging various sourcing strategies and tools to meet the evolving needs of our organization. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage with different stakeholders, building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others, all while growing your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where adaptability and reliability are key. You will support senior staff, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge. Your ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs will be essential, as will your use of critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Responsibilities
- Conducting candidate sourcing and screening to identify qualified individuals for open positions
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
- Engaging in direct recruiting efforts and managing relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinating recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates and promote the organization
- Implementing recruitment strategies and optimizing job board postings to increase visibility and attract top talent
- Managing candidate selection processes, including behavioral interviewing and faculty relations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives
- Analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitating intake interviews and maintaining communication with candidates to validate a positive experience
- Supporting recruitment administration tasks, including requisitioning and vendor management
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Excelling in candidate sourcing and management
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems effectively
- Demonstrating skills in behavioral interviewing techniques
- Engaging in recruitment data analysis for strategic insights
- Managing recruitment events and campus placements
- Liaising with hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes
