The Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with referral and litigating law firm partners while ensuring successful campaign execution and delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and works cross-functionally with sales, criteria, fulfillment, and claimant services teams to ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently and meet client expectations.
The Account Manager supports client onboarding, coordinates campaign setup and fulfillment, analyzes campaign performance, and helps identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. This role also supports client reporting, including assisting with Premier Litigating Partner reporting and conducting quarterly business reviews with top-spending clients in partnership with the sales team.
Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales or account management required. Experience within a similar role in the legal industry is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, sitting, repetitive movements and use of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard, are frequently required.
Essential Functions /Duties Performed Regularly:
- Onboard new referral and litigating firms, ensuring all required documentation, systems access, and campaign setup requirements are completed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong relationships with referral and litigating partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team, claimant services team, and internal departments to ensure campaigns are executed according to contract terms and expectations.
- Manage campaign setup and order submission to fulfillment, ensuring all required information and materials are provided accurately and on time.
- Monitor campaign progress and fulfillment checkpoints, addressing issues or delays and communicating updates to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Review and analyze campaign performance after fulfillment, identifying opportunities for optimization and future campaigns.
- Assist with Premier Litigating Partner reporting, including compiling campaign data, preparing reports, and supporting internal and client-facing performance analysis.
- Support the resolution of client disputes or concerns, working with internal teams to investigate issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Create, schedule, and conduct quarterly business reviews with top-spending clients in partnership with the sales team, presenting campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
