We are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist to assist customers with travel-related planning and booking services. In this role, you will help guide clients through available options, coordinate reservations, and provide support throughout the planning process.

This remote opportunity offers flexibility and is well suited for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and enjoy helping others. You will work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, answer questions, and assist in organizing arrangements that fit their needs and budget.

Daily responsibilities include client communication, researching travel options, coordinating bookings, maintaining follow-up communication, and helping ensure booking accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative support can be helpful but is not required.
