Description

We at HealthifyMe are looking for talented and highly capable Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow HealthifyMe’s Corporate Relationships.The ideal candidate will possess a key account management or business development background that enables them to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, including C-levels.

They will have a track record of managing relationships, mapping relevant stakeholders and growing existing relationships with clients, while building connections with business and channel partners, while having a sound understanding of the corporate wellness space. A strong operations background will also come in handy as the candidate will be responsible for overall operational excellence and customer success while delivering the digital corporate experience.

Existing relationships and connections with Leaders in HR and Compensation Benefits especially and account management is an added bonus. The role will start as an individual contributor role with the possibility of working with international clients/managing a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the one point of contact for Corporate customers, work closely with internal stakeholders(product, design , data) to ensure smooth delivery and execution of client engagements.

  • Own, drive and manage a series of touchpoints with your customers, throughout the life of their contract, to ensure adoption & consistent engagement on HealthifyMe’s corporate wellness solutions.

  • Ensure Operational excellence while launching, delivering projects and attaining targets.

  • Account planning and prioritization, ensuring timely renewals and aggressively identifying growth opportunities in the portfolio to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in account management/sales with 4-6 years of experience and minimum 2+ years in enterprise account management.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Ability to become a trusted business advisor applying a consultative approach towards client management.

  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, data driven decision making and problem solving approach.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

  • Experience with HR software, SaaS opportunities, and concept sales is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Base salary plus commissions.

  • Added accelerators and performance bonuses for higher earning.

  • Previous responsibility for strategic development, sales & account management, revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable.

  • Would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics in past roles.
