Distribution Plan:
Availability of all SKUs in the market.
Analyze and categorize markets for targeted sales strategies
Ensure installation of visi coolers or branding elements at key outlets.
Design and optimize route plans for field visits and outlet coverage.
New Product Launch:
Support the launch and ensure the availability of new products in the market.
Documentation:
Process monthly distributor claims and travel allowances (TADA) accurately.
Maintain records of HVO (High Value Outlet), wholesale, and visi outlet volumes and performance.
