Senior Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid
Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Enterprise Information Services and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.
As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you’ll partner with engineering teams to design and deliver solutions to enhance the experiences of caregivers across Providence. You will define and shape user‑centric designs, data strategies, build pipelines, manage data warehouses, and ensure high-quality data availability. This role will bridge business needs with technical infrastructure, requiring data engineering skills and the ability to manage complex, long-term technical projects. You’ll collaborate closely with business and IS partners, turn caregiver insights into meaningful features, drive adoption through smart lifecycle tools, and champion quality with pride and ownership. You’ll lead development and modernization of operational reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions that support executive decision-making and service operations. This role will identify opportunities to improve automation, AI readiness, self service reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency through improved data structures, reporting maturity, and scalable analytics solutions. You’ll navigate complexity with confidence—leading programs, managing risks, aligning teams, and keeping delivery on track—while advocating for continuous improvement across engineering processes. At Providence our Mission is to create a positive impact for caregivers and patients alike.
