Your Role Serve as the on-site leader responsible for day-to-day construction activities, safety, quality, and schedule execution from mobilization through closeout. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate daily jobsite operations and sequencing across multiple trades Maintain short-interval and look-ahead plans and drive constraint removal Enforce safety programs and ensure inspection readiness and quality outcomes Maintain daily reporting and disciplined jobsite documentation Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and site access to keep production flowing What You Bring Field leadership experience on commercial/industrial projects Strong understanding of sequencing, quality control, and safety accountability Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with trade partners and teams
