The ideal candidate possesses:

• Must have an automotive claim adjusting background, or Lemon Law background
• Litigation experience: 2 years minimum
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong writing skills
• A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload
• Effective leadership skills
• Ability to exercise good judgement and think creatively
• Record of success
• Ability to supervise and provide direction to their support team

• Applicants must currently be licensed to practice law in Florida.
