Ideal candidates will have a robust background in server-side Java development, with experience in areas such as order management systems, market connectivity, low latency messaging, or price distribution. You should be able to work independently, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a commitment to taking ownership of issues until they are resolved.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong expertise in core Java
• In-depth knowledge of concurrency and multithreaded programming
• Experience in developing low latency pricing and trading systems within a Linux environment
• Skills in application performance profiling and optimization

Bonus Points:

• Experience in eFX development within a low latency, zero GC environment
• Familiarity with institutional encodings (FIX, SBE)
• Knowledge of fault-tolerant, high-availability distributed computing
• Understanding of low latency messaging (e.g., Aeron, 29West)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency
