Description

  1. The BDM – Home Loan is responsible for driving Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business through both branch channels (20-25 Branches) and direct sourcing.
  2. The role demands end-to-end ownership of the customer journey - from lead generation to disbursement and post-sales service while ensuring profitable growth and portfolio quality.
  1. Source Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business via mapped branches and direct channels.
  2. Achieve monthly and quarterly Meetings, Logins and disbursement targets.
  3. Train and activate branch teams and other sourcing channels to generate quality leads.
  4. Own the complete customer lifecycle: sourcing, documentation, disbursement, and service.
  5. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms.
  6. Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/T).
  7. Maintain portfolio, manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs.
  8. Provide timely updates and insights through MIS and reporting.

MBA/ Graduate
