Job Title: Site Human Resources Manager
Location: 12905 SW 129th Ave, Miami, FL 33186
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm+/-
Status: Full-time (exempt), salaried

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE

As the Site HR Manager for our Miami, Florida location—home to both a dynamic warehouse operation and a corporate office—you will serve as a strategic HR leader and on-site point of contact for all HR-related matters. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) is responsible for fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and implementing people strategies that align with both business and site-specific needs. This includes oversight of all HR duties such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and day-to-day HR operations across both warehouse and corporate staff populations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the Miami site, supporting both warehouse and office personnel.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs aligned with business goals and tailored to site-specific needs.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) HR support to employees and managers, ensuring effective communication across a diverse workforce.
  • Partner with local leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Oversee and execute full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for all site-based positions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, particularly those relevant to Florida employment standards.
  • Maintain and administer employee records, HRIS updates, and HR documentation in line with company policy.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct thorough and timely investigations.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action when needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure HR support for safety programs and compliance within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate site-specific employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct training on HR-related topics including policies, workplace behavior, and compliance.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement, and propose action plans accordingly.
  • Liaise with corporate HR and other departments to ensure alignment and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Ensure site-level HR policies and practices are consistent and effectively communicated to staff in both English and Spanish.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a site-based HR management role supporting both warehouse and office environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – Required.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing employee relations, compliance audits, and performance management.
  • High level of cultural awareness with experience working with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Additional primary company languages include French, and Dutch.

  • Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.

SUPERVISION

  • While this role does not currently supervise direct reports, it may provide guidance to site coordinators or administrative support staff as needed.
