Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions and guidance from the supervisor
- Participate in banking-related projects to understand bank operational processes and document the outcomes
- Identify issues and discuss potential solutions together with teammates and the supervisor
- Perform administrative support activities for the Project Manager, such as scheduling meetings, gathering contact lists, and preparing printed materials
- Proficiency in using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Logical thinking and documentation skills
- Having up to 6 years, with a minimum of 1-2 years in the Financial industry or Fintech
- Proficient in English (Business Level)
- Strong willingness and eagerness to learn
