Job Description

Summarized Purpose:

We are offering an opportunity for a Systems Developer to support development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in software development

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and services
• Support API development and system integrations
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
• Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with one or more development platforms (Java/Python/JavaScript/.NET)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of API development and integration
• Familiarity with SQL and database technologies
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Must Have Skills:

• Application development experience
• API development and integration
• SQL and database knowledge
• Agile development methodologies
• Problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with frontend frameworks or microservices
• Knowledge of security best practices

Working Hours:

• India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
• Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
