We are hiring for one of the most exciting sales roles in SP EMEA. You are joining the most innovative, energetic, innovative and successful Global Account Team in Europe, Africa and India and Top 5 customer of Cisco. We are growing in double digits and as one of the leading Account Managers in this truly international team covering 17 Markets around the globe, you will be responsible for Vodafone Germany, the biggest Market in Vodafone Group representing 30% of its EBITA and Romania a growing Market.

Your Impact
This isn't just another sales role; it's a chance to join a top-tier, globally recognized Global Account Team and partner with one of Cisco's Top 5 customers - Vodafone. We're experiencing dynamic double-digit growth, and as a key Account Manager within our energetic and innovative international team (covering 17 markets across Europe, Africa, and India), you'll be at the forefront of this expansion.
You will take ownership of Vodafone Germany, the powerhouse market representing 30% of Vodafone Group's EBITA, and the rapidly growing Romanian market. You'll be instrumental in expanding our Infrastructure Provisioning (IP) transport franchise while also driving growth across a comprehensive portfolio including mobility, enterprise IT, collaboration, Acquisition Integration (AI), observability, and automation.

Your Autonomy and Support:
We empower you to lead. You'll have the freedom to develop your own strategies for Germany and Romania, working independently or collaboratively with your teammate, without artificial limitations. You'll report directly to the Director of Vodafone Europe and Group, and you'll be backed by a dedicated global team, including specialized Sales Engineers (SEs), providing you with unparalleled support.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a "hunter" with a proven ability to open doors and a natural talent for building deep, lasting relationships. You are:
• Highly Self-Motivated: Driven to develop these significant markets and achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent Relationship Skills: Possessing the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships to keep and extend key Cisco champions at Vodafone Germany.
• Strategic & Politically Savvy: Adept at navigating the complexities of a global account, managing political landscapes, and overcoming challenges.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You see opportunities and seize them, acting with ownership and a drive for success.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years proven experience as an Account Manager with large, complex accounts
• Understanding of the Service Provider (SP) market and its dynamics.
• Demonstrated success selling Cisco's IP Transport portfolio and other Cisco solutions.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with Cisco's sales processes.
