Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions at Manatal. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python (Back End) and JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js), along with proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality software development, scalability, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of at least 5 engineers to develop and maintain full-stack applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend services using Python.
• Develop user-facing features with Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• 1+ years of solid experience in Python for backend development.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js, but React/Angular also accepted).
• Leadership experience: At least 3 years managing a team of 5+ engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
