Job Description

The Business Development Expert (BDE) is responsible for driving new business growth and market expansion by focusing on sales. BDM identifies, develops, and secures opportunities with high-potential prospects while maximizing revenue from new accounts. Act as trusted advisors, aligning client needs with a portfolio of connectivity, ICT, and digital solutions. With a strong focus on acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell, the BDM fuels customer growth, revenue performance, and competitive market positioning

New Business Acquisition & Market Penetration

- Identify and convert high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories.

- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

- Apply consultative selling techniques to align solutions with client business needs.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Delivery

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Execute sales campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

- Drive upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer lifetime value.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

- Establish and deepen relationships with decision-makers

- Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to client goals.

- Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless transition to account management.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights

- Track industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.

- Share client and market insights with Marketing and Product teams.

- Explore untapped markets and emerging growth areas.

Collaboration & Sales Execution Excellence

- Partner with cross-functional teams

- Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

- Ensure compliance with ethical and operational standards.
