We are looking for a Account Manager who wants to build a career in sales, client management, and digital business.

This is a role for someone who enjoys talking to clients, building relationships, supporting sales processes, and helping projects move forward.

You will work directly with management and get hands-on exposure to real client accounts, proposals, sales conversations, and growth strategy.

This is not a passive support role.

You will be expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, and help drive business forward.

What You Will Do

Sales Support & Business Development

• Support inbound sales leads and initial qualification
• Follow up with leads and keep communication moving
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents
• Assist with client discovery calls and note taking
• Help maintain CRM systems and keep pipeline updated
• Support lead generation and outreach campaigns

Account Management Support

• Manage communication with smaller client accounts
• Help coordinate ongoing client requests and internal follow-up
• Make sure deadlines and deliverables stay on track
• Join client meetings and help document next actions
• Build strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify upsell opportunities when relevant

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with project managers and marketing team
• Help organize project timelines and task follow-up
• Keep internal documentation updated
• Use AI tools to support research, reporting, and workflow improvement
• Learn HubSpot CRM and how modern sales systems operate

Who This Role Is For

• Thai national, fluent Thai and strong English communication required
• 1 to 3 years experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
• You enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• You are highly organized and follow up consistently
• You are comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
• You learn quickly and ask questions early
• You want to grow into a senior account management or sales role
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required

• You dislike speaking with clients regularly
• You need constant supervision to complete work
• You struggle following up consistently
• You prefer repetitive admin work without ownership
• You are uncomfortable working in a fast-moving environment
