Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle Finance solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their financial objectives through effective Oracle Finance system utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Finance Implementation: Lead and actively participate in end-to-end Oracle Finance implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to analyze their financial processes and requirements, providing expert recommendations for improvement and alignment with Oracle Finance best practices.
  • System Customization: Configure Oracle Finance modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support staff on Oracle Finance system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Oracle Finance implementations, configurations, and customizations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Oracle Finance updates and industry trends to propose system enhancements that maximize client ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Finance implementation and support.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Financial modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Certification) are a plus.
