Project Quantity Surveyor (Civil Works)

Salary: HK$60,000–85,000/month + 13-month guaranteed bonus

• About the Role:
  Manage cost control and contractual administration for drainage and roadworks projects.

• Requirements:
  Degree in Quantity Surveying
  10+ years site-based QS experience
  HKIS/MRICS preferred
  Proficiency in CostX or similar software

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliations
• Manage subcontractor payments and valuations
• Liaise with clients on variation claims
