- Knowledge on admin order flow and its concepts
- Knowledge on omnichannel, multi-channel and dropship
- Strong knowledge on order flow sequence
- Knowledge on payment methods, ERP, Akeneo/PIM Syncs
- Good Communication Skills (Mandate)
