Summary:

As an FP&A Intern at Cosm, you’ll gain hands-on experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across our Los Angeles and Dallas venues. You’ll work side-by-side with the FP&A Manager and cross-functional teams, contributing to business updates, event analyses, and operational efficiency projects.

This role is ideal for a driven individual who wants to explore how financial insights can guide real-world decision making. Come ready to learn, analyze, and innovate!

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly financial forecasts and variance analyses for Cosm venues.
Support KPI tracking and daily performance reporting for events.
Analyze labor data to help optimize staffing levels.
Work with venue teams to research operating expenses and contribute to cost center reviews.
Participate in refining financial reporting packages for executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with Accounting on reconciliations and monthly accruals.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and research to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Junior or Senior at the start of the program
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid)
Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Interest in Real-world exposure to FP&A in a dynamic venue-based business

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
