We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts towards driving growth and achieving targets. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Track sales performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Conduct training and development for the sales team to ensure high performance.
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, team management, and market analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
