Finance Controller (PRC)
Company
Our client is a metal processing company with offices in HK and Mainland China.
Location
Based in Xihui, Guangdong
Report to
CFO
Job Summary
To strength financial control and provide business support for the factories and related
entity.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall financial operations of the factories and related entities in PRC.
Manage the financial reports, forecast, profit plan and strategic plan of the factories and
related entities in PRC.
Responsible for the finance results analysis with respect to profits, trends and costs, and
monitor the finance performance of the business against approved budget.
Responsible for finance system upgrade and implementation, ensure the system and
procedures are in place to provide a strong finance control environment.
Manage interface with external auditors and local tax authorities.
Build up the competence and capability of local finance team.
Other ad hoc assigned by CFO.
Requirements
University Degree in Finance, Hong Kong CPA, CICPA or ACCA preferred;
At least 10 years finance experience in manufacturing environment; 3 years’ experience
on the position required.
Familiar with international trade and manufacturing industries;
Experience at "foreign invested enterprise” are preferable
Familiar with China GAAP, HK GAAP and IFRS;
Result-oriented and goal-driven
Excellent information management, organizational, problem analysis and problemsolving
skills
Attention to detail and accuracy with strong sense of urgency
Meticulous, quality focused and good analytical skills, attention to detail, well organized;
Integrity, Hardworking, Fast response, Leadership and Team Work.
Solid experience in manufacturing environment in mainland China
