Description
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, events, etc.)
- Identify and target potential clients within the Software & IT sector
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business targets
- Initiate contact with decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems
- Track and report on key performance metrics (lead conversion, outreach effectiveness, etc.)
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation within the Software / IT industry
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
