Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will participate in process initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformities
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency
  • Review of technical specifications
  • Develop project inspection & test plans
  • Review supplier procedures
  • Plan, schedule, facilitate pre-inspection meetings
  • Identify qualified inspectors through international inspection agencies
  • Provide inspection coordination between client and suppliers
  • Review inspection reports
  • Manage supplier quality issues
  • Participate in supplier qualifications & audits

  • Brainstorm solutions
  • Continuous improvement
  • Coordinate resolution
  • Cost improvement analysis

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Inspection experience

 

WE VALUE

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies
  • Experience in Oil/Gas, Chemical, or Power Plant Projects
  • AWS CWI certification
  • Experience with ASME Section VIII, IX, B31.3, AWS D1.1
  • Experience with pressure vessels and heat exchangers
  • Experience with structural steel and piping fabrication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
