The Digital Marketing Specialist leads execution across owned, earned, and paid digital channels. This role will be responsible for driving results through a range of digital initiatives, including paid media, performance analysis, and cross-functional planning. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in performance marketing, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), a solid understanding of digital best practices, and a proactive, analytical mindset to support continuous optimization.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification is plus
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and understanding compliance considerations
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical implementation
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards
• Experience in managing affiliate marketing programs
• Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
• HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus
