What efforts you need to make for this role?

• Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Perform system upgrade, data backup/restoration
• Provide 2nd tier network support to internal parties
• Prepare operation reports
• 7 x 24 shift duty is required
• Working location: Kwai Hing

Lets check if you are /have

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Telecommunication, Computer Networking, or related disciplines with 1 year working experience
• Fresh graduates with passion and willing to learn are welcomed
• Knowledge of IP network, basic routing, switching and troubleshooting skill
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/shell scripting will be an advantage
• Holder of CCNA, CCNP or any other network administration certificates is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player and self-motivated
