The Headhunter LTD Albania, daughter company of The Headhunter Group, for its international client — a world's leading Industrial Manufacturing company specializing in Outdoor Power Equipment & Machinery — is looking for a
Sales Territory Manager.
About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Territory Manager to develop and grow our client's sales network within the assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue across Outdoor Power Equipment & Machinery product lines, expanding distribution channels, and building strong relationships with partners to support long-term business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and expand the sales network, including identifying and onboarding new points of sale (POS)
- Manage relationships with distributors and key partners
- Drive sales across key product categories (e.g. battery, gasoline, accessories, spare parts)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Plan and execute sales activities aligned with business priorities
- Track performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to optimize results
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales or territory management
- Experience working with distributors and/or retail networks is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and proactive approach to work
- Good knowledge in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory
