Your Role:

• Guide customers via phone, email, and chat with prompt, effective solutions
• Assist users with account, website, or technical queries
• Explain complex concepts with clarity and empathy
• Provide feedback and help optimize the support experience
• Collaborate closely with your international team

Your Profile:

• Fluent in both French and English (required)
• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new digital skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Previous customer service is a plus
• Available for full-time, on-site work in Lisbon, Monday-Friday, 06:00-22:00 (rotating shifts)
• Saturdays and Sundays off
• Early shifts? We cover your Uber (up to 25) to start at 06:00!
