Description
Provides trouble shooting support to a user community employing computer systems and networks. Diagnoses problems and provides applicable remedies. May serve as a team leader in operations.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experienced in computer hardware and software systems.
• Minimum (2) years of experience
• Understands how programs use computer hardware.
• Shift supervisor or lead diagnostician experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
