Duration: 12 weeks with a possible extension.
Job Purpose
This role is part of our Contact Centre team, they take a high level of calls from residents in our borough and cover around 15 different Council services, excellent experience in telephone contact centre environment, above average ICT skills required, including Microsoft 365, CSA will be also linked to a variety of back office systems in order to progress work tasks.
Purpose of role is to ensure excellent customer experience and to aim to support residents at first point of contact where possible.
