Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions across diverse business systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and facilitate collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
