Pomp’s Tire Service has an exciting opportunity for a Collections Specialist. This Specialist will manage delinquent account by performing collection activities and resolving root cause of delinquency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely collection activities and lead collection efforts
• Assist in developing collection strategies that align with corporate objectives
• Reconcile customer balances to ensure accuracy and alignment with the customer
• Partner with sales on disputes and collection issues
• Minimize delinquencies, bad debt write off, and identify risk
• Document progress and establish a follow up routine

• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgement
• Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills
• Microsoft office experience including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ethical conduct

Education/Training:

• Previous accounts receivable collection experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
